She was a Christmas gift in 1987 from a friend who was a big "Gone With the Wind" fan, hence, the name.
Bio:
She made it to 21 years old, my miracle baby! Having her put down was a difficult decision to make, but it was time, and I think she knew it was time. Her vet assured me she was ready, which calmed my fears about giving up on her too soon. She's no longer suffering and had an excellent quality of life up until the last few days.
