indoors Arrival Story: Where do I begin? I was rescued by this lady who heard about us from a Letter Carrier way back in 2003. At that time I had four kittens who were getting very big and very hungry (they were about 3 months old when this lady trapped all of us and took us home with her). My kittens and I were living behind an enormous tropical fish warehouse, which distributed the pretty fish to many, many pet stores. There was a very kind gentleman who worked there who felt sorry for us and would give us some dry food every day. He also threw the dead fish outside for us to eat. I didn't like the dead fish, but one of my kittens did. Then this lady, who I now call Mommy, came along with a big box trap. She baited the trap with food that I've never smelled or tasted before and before I knew it, me and my kittens were comfortable in crates in her garage. There we stayed until Mommy found homes for my kittens (Elfie, Nemo, Mara and Daisy). Then I was left in the garage by myself. Mommy and Daddy had grown very fond of me at this point and said "Well, what the heck, we have fifteen other cats in the house, so what's one more?" Bio: I love being indoors! I've grown very fluffy and fat. My big white mittens bat at anything that moves past me. And, I love treats and jump up on the couch for treats any time Mommy or Daddy walk into the living room. Every morning I greet Daddy (he's my favorite) with a big Ooooohhh and a BIG LICK on his nose! I don't say Meow like the other cats--Mommy thinks it's because I don't speak Feline English.
