It's my Birthday!

Well, another year has passed, I'm 8 today. 8? Holy cats, time has just flew by!

There's one thing I want fur my birthday, and that's so spend just one more day with my beloved Tigger. If I'm lucky, he'll come and visit me sometime tonight, so I'm going to sit in my usual spot on the couch and look to the sky in hopes that I see his handsome face. *sigh*

That would be the best birthday purrsent ever. Otherwise, I'll just love my life with my momma, my daddy and my sisfurs, even my doggie sisfur.

Happy Holidays!

Hi kitties!

Another holiday season upon us! I love this time of year, not only do me and mommy both have birthdays this month, it's also time fur Santa Paws! Yay! Just like momma, I love this time of year. I had on my Catmas collar today fur our picture and even after I just layed by the tree, looking absolutely adorable.

There is one thing though, that Santa can't bring me and that's my Tigger. I miss him so, especially around this time of the year. One year, fur my birthday, we went dancing, and we were both stepping on each other paws, but we were laughing and having the best time. I never furget the times we spent together, I love my Tiggy Wiggy - furever and always.

I can't be sad though, he would not want me to be, so I live my life until I see him again. *blows a kiss to the sky*

I can't believe that I'm going to be 8 next week! Holy cats - 8!!! I'm getting old! MOL! Well, I certainly won't get old with that little sisfur of mine always chasing me around the house, I swear sometimes, she just waits fur me to innocently walk by and then she jumps me! She can be such a brat!!! Especially when she bites mom or dad's feet and wakes us all up in the middle of the night! How am I suppose to get my beauty sleep? Oh, I think I'm gonna snuggle up on mom's lap.

Diary Pick!!

Whoa!! I had no idea that I was a "chosen" one today!! MOL! It is so furry hot out today that even Nikki won't stay out, now if Nikki doesn't want to hang outside than I know it's hot out!!!

Things have been going well here, Sophie is always looking fur trouble and Bella got locked into the furnance room the other day. Me, I'm just a good, little girl, just wanting to be close to my mommy.

Mommy is doing well, she started swimming, I think she's feeling better and she said something about going back to work. That makes me sad, because I like mommy being home everyday! Oh well, guess I better enjoy it while I can!!

Hi there!!

Hi everycat!!

Time has gone so fast!! I can't believe that I haven't updated my diary in 6 months!!! As some of you may know, momma had another spinal fusion. This time she had two, one in the front and one in the back. She has a "cage" in between the bones and then two rods with a plate secured by screws.

Before mom went in fur her surgery, mom & dad were trying to figure out which one of us would miss her the most. Mom said I would, and she was right. She was in the hospital fur 5 days!! Five furry, long days! Daddy told her that I slept right next to her pillow until she came home. We all love mommy and missed her like crazy, but I'm a mommy's girl fur sure.

Momma couldn't type because of all her arm pain, but she's starting to feel better. She'll be home with us fur another month or so.

I've been busy running the house, everyfur knows that I'm the one in charge, but every once and awhile I have to remind them with a growl or hiss. Sophie and I have come to an agreement, while Auntie was here taking care of mom, she saw us playing after mom & dad went to bed. We do this every night. We chase each other all over the house. We certainly had Auntie laughing at us!!

It's finally been nice enough to go outside, even Sophie goes out, but she has to have a leash on "just in case". I just love to lay out in the grass and take a nap in the sun.

Happy Birthday to me!!!

Today is my birthday!!

I started out my day snuggled up next to mommy in bed. When the alarm clock went off, I didn't even get off the bed. Not just because it was my birthday, but because it was also pretty darn cold!!! MOL!

After mom got out of the shower, I was in the hallway and mom picked me up and wished me a happy birthday, kissed my head and then sang to me. I love momma. Momma then told Nikki, Bella and Sophie that today was my birthday and that they were suppose to be extra nice to me. *hee hee*

When daddy came home, he sand happy birthday to me too.

As far as Sophie goes, she's pretty cute, and she is Tigger's foster sisfur, so I finally gave in to that face and we play together. I still may growl at her, but she'll come up and paw at my ear and then I run and she chases me. Momma laughs when she sees that.

Lost a furriend

Hi,
I am furry saddened by the sudden loss of one of my Nascat friends, Frankie. I feel awful because he made his journey to the bridge last week and we did not know. *sorry Frankie*

Our thoughts and purrayers go to Frankie and his furmily. We'll miss you Frankie and we'll help take care of your little sisfur, Lilac.

I've got a couple more days of this awful medicine - yuk! At least I'm not on those pain meds anymore, that made me sleepy. I'm getting along much better with Sophie, we're even sleeping on the clean clothes together! MOL!

Back from the vet

Yep!
I knew something was going on when I heard mommy calling fur me today. Whenever she works from home, she doesn't come looking fur us. I mean we can go in her "office" fur a pet or two, but it's business only.

She came downstairs and scooped me up and told me she loved me.... hmmm, then I saw the carrier! Drat! I tried my darnest not to go in, but mom tricked me and put in me from the top.

I cried a little in the car, but not much. She checked me in and then one of the nurses took me and mom into a room. Not only did I not want to go in the carrier, but I decided that now I was not going to come out! MOL! Drat that zipper on top.

Good news is I've lost 2 pounds! Now I weigh 13lb, 6 oz! Dr. Troy was proud of me. *smiles* Anycat, he and mom talked about my missing fang and he took a look. He wasn't sure how I broke it off, but said that since I wasn't crying and I was still eating normal, that I have to take some antibotics and he gave me some pain meds just in case.

Luckily, the fangs aren't the "eating" teeth, so I'm good with that. I'm just a fangless Tally now.

Uh oh! Gotta run! Momma is coming after me with that medicine! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A bump and a missing tooth....

Hi!

Bad news, one of my fangs is missing and I have a bump right next to my nose. Mom is furry worried, so I have an appointment with my Dr. Troy tomorrow at 11am.

I have been acting totally normal, drinking water, eating both my kibble and my Fancy Feast with no problems. Mom can touch my face and I don't cry, but she's still scared. Mom is remembering the first time she found a bump on Sami and Tiger and well....

I'll update my diary when I get home tomorrow.

Please keep me and mom in your thoughts.

She's staying

Oh cats!

Yep, she's staying. Mom said, like it or not, Sophie was staying. No matter how much I pouted, or hissed or growled, it didn't work. I even boycotted sleeping with mom fur a few days, but she wasn't buying it.

Okay, between you and me, the kit really isn't that bad. She's full of energy and kind of cute. She already knows her place and isn't trying to push me out of the top cat place, so I have to admit I respect that.

She is however, rather troublesome when we go to sleep. I mean the kit will run and jump and then hop up in the air at nothing. The other night, even Nikki - the dog - was upset. She ended up growling and gave her a quick bark to let her know enough was enough, and if you can believe it, the kit actually listened! MOL! I silently laughed to myself and then purred myself to sleep.

I'm sure eventually, we'll be furriends, but fur now, I'll still give her a hiss or two just so she remembers that I'm the one that rules this house!
