Arrival Story:
My father was walking his normal one mile walk when he hear a tiny little mew coming from a ditch. He stopped to look and found Penny, with a piece of her scruff missing, and the rest of the litter of kittens around her dead. The person that dumped them cut a piece of their scruff of their necks in hopes they all died a slow and painful death. Dad brought this little bundle of fur covered in mud, skinny and very hungry to my house until he finished his walk. He came and got her took her to the vet. We believe she was only 5-6wks old. Penny loved my father, and lived with him for 17 years. She developed, bone cancer, and had to be helped across to the Rainbow Bridge March 2nd, 2007.

Bio:
Penny, as dad named her, was a very tiny little thing, didn't have great eye sight but loved my dad so very much. Penny slept with him, snuggled with him. If anyone else in the family tried to do what dad could do with Penny, she would smack ya. She LOVED my dad with all her little kitty ness heart and soul. Rest in peace Sweet Penny Puss. We will always love and remember you forever. Penny did everything with my father. She deemed my dad her hero.
