My sweet Lucky I can't believe how much I miss you. It's like a piece of my heart is missing. It seems like just yesterday I was holding you in the palm of my hand and praying for you to live. You were the first baby kitten that I fostered and after fighting to keep you in this world there was no way I was letting you go. I know you felt the same way.
You were the first to greet me when I came home and the last to let me leave.You were my pillow at night. Now I can't sleep without your cheek pressing against mine. You were my purrsonal assistant. Now I can't get used to actually using my mouse on the mouse pad. I miss you sleeping on my desk and meowing at me to go to Catster before I did anything else. You were my comfort. When one of my baby fosters would cross the bridge you would always be there for me. What hurts me the most is that I wasn't there for you when you needed me.
You were, are, and always will be my baby. I will miss you always. Rest in Peace sweet Lucky.
