Arrival Story:
A man found her Jungle-Bengal mother in his garage and called ACC, fearing - and this is no joke - that she would eat his baby. Selket ended up at the SPCA, where I discovered and adopted her after having lost my F1 male.
Bio:
Selket is an F2 (2nd gen.) Jungle Cat hybrid. She is graced with adorable black ear tufts, gets a ridge when she's excited, sports the 3/4 length jungle tail, is bilingual in Junglese and Domestic, has wild, wide eyes, is dangerous to birds, purrs when I get close to her, likes her head scratched, walks on a leash and splashes in puddles (she showered on my shoulder when she was a 2-lb kitten) and recovered from a serious injury and orthopedic surgery. Although I have her down as, "disabled", her bionic leg had not handicapped her in any way - as evidenced by her leaps, bounds, catersaults and Spider Cat wall climbing!
