Arrival Story:
I found Smudge outside of my dorm one day after classes. I planned to take her to a shelter, but couldn't do it. I knew I couldn't hide her in the dorm until I could go home on break, so I drove 2 hours and met my mom part of the way just to get Smudge to my house. She's been mine, or rather, I've been hers ever since.
