I was walking home from a neighbor's house one night with my sister. We noticed a small, grey kitten following us. My sister said, "Let's see if that kitty will follow us to your house." He did. Then, she said, "If that kitty goes in your house you have to keep it." We opened the door, and she "helped" him into the house. He was a tiny kitten--too young to be out on his own. No one claimed him, and I assumed that he had come from a nearby farm (just like Otis did a year before). He must have liked his new place, because he's never left.
