Now I lay me down to sleep
Memory of me my mum shall keep.
If I should journey ere I wake
I know the Lord my soul will take.
And ore the Rainbow bridge I'll fly
If tonight I sleep, perchance to die.

Mom I'm tired, sore and weak
I know more life you'd like to tweak,
From this old body sick and thin
I really do not think I'll win
Much more time upon this earth
Enjoying cuddles, love and mirth.

I am not sure just when I'll go
Believe me mum, you are first to know.
The angels have a plan for me
They have been working tirelessly
To find a place on the other side
So I can peacefully abide.

I love you mum, please do not grieve
When it becomes my time to leave
Celebrate my life with joy
Remember me with my favorite toy
And smile knowing I love you
I will because you love me too.

Shadow's mommy: I don't know if the angels will come for Shadow tonight or not. She is very weak and her eyes are sunken. We are having a special snuggle tonight.

Oh Shadow! The entire family is keeping vigil and purring as hard as they can. I just can't find words to say all that I am feeling right now. We are with you, right at your side. And, Lacey and Cagney are ready to help you when the time comes. Make lots more memories with your mom. I know you are her soulcat. We love you, sweetie, and cherish the friendship of you and your family.
