indoors Arrival Story: I wanted a cat to live with me in my new apartment so I went to the House of Mews (a Memphis shelter) and I picked out China. I didn't want a white cat to start with b/c my previous cat was white and I thought it would make me sad; but it turns out I have a weakness for white cats and I couldn't leave her behind! And I'm so glad I did, she's such a sweet cat. Very affectionate.

She likes to announce when she's entering the room, leaving the room, hungry, full, jumping on furniture, playing, getting in her cat carrier, waking up, basically anything. She also plays with her toys loudly. And she loves to wake me up in the middle of the night with some awesome pre-dawn meows. She's only 7 lbs but she makes her presence known!
