I AM CAT OF THE WEEK!

What a honor it is to be choosen! I am the first in my family to be choosen for Cat or Dog of the Week, and they are so proud of me! It is so weird to come to Catster and see my picture on the home page!

So far it is great, there are so many nice cats and kitties on Catster! I have gotten so many Cat Pal Requests, Pawmail, Rossetes, Stars, and Special Gifts. And it all is makeing me feel so special, and honored!

Story on how I survived death and found a great adoptive- home!

Mommy is not very good at telling stories, so she is going to do the best she can!

I kind of adopted her, the story is that me and my mom found her abandon in a ditch by are farm as a kitten clinging to life with her 2 dead siblings lying next to her. How awful is that, anyone that can abandon kittens much less ones so pretty and loving is beyond me. Well we brought Sable home and nursed her back to life, and keep her.

But I guess a few years later (after I moved out) my mom chould it keep her anymore. And she brought her to the shelter, I did it know about it. But found out and went down to the shelter to adopt her. I go to the shelter quite often to make donations, etc. So every time I go I look at the animals that they have there. And thats were and how I get the animals that I have adopt and have at home.

My boyfriend says I am not aloud to look anymore when I go. Just because we don't have room for anymore, Lol! But anyway I don't know how we came up with Sables name that is the name we came up with and liked it, and named her that.

She did it take very long to adjust to are home, I guess it was a good thing she knew me and my animals already, so that is a plus to adjusting. But it amazes me how great she is after the experience she had as a kitten.

So if you love cats, you should go down to your local shelter, and adopt a shelter cat today! Don’t let them live there nine lives out in a shelter, give them a great loving home for the rest of there nine lives! Or foster the great kitties they have down there!

I got a pawmail today telling me to check out the group. And Guess what was there, they chose me to be Cat of the Week! What an honor that they chose me! I was tottally suprised!
