Arrival Story:
I was driving by a local vet's offfice and saw a sign that read 'Cats and kittens available'. I stopped in and they had a few cats, but everyone kept talking about one called Sylvester. He had a cold and was stuck in a cage by himself.
I returned the application the next day (February 23, 2007). They called me back that afternoon and I took him home and named him Boris. I don't know why I picked the name Boris, but I can't imagine another name for him.
Bio:
Boris was brought in by his elderly female owner who asked to have him put down because he was too aggressive. The vet kept him instead and saw no signs of aggression, so they put him up for adoption.
Update 1/30/08: When I took Boris back to the vet where I got him this month for his annual check up they gave me a folder with his previous information. Turns out Boris is from Indianapolis! I guess Boris travelled quite some distance to live here with me.
