Arrival Story:
P�nchki (Polish for jelly filled doughnut. P�nchki is NOT the correct Polish spelling. We wanted to spell it more phonetically otherwise I would have forgotten how to say her name!) We adopted P�nchki (who really does look like a little doughnut!) on February 9, 2007 from the Idaho Humane Society. My hubby Jim said she was my Valentine's Day gift. She had been at the shelter since January 31st after being found as a stray in Payette, Idaho. Payette is about 60 miles from Boise where we live and only about 8 miles from the Oregon border. She was estimated at 2 years old. She has beautiful colors of gray, orange and cr�me. She is SO loving. She loves to be held and to nuzzle and cuddle you! She is absolutely precious! The other 3 cats have taken to her, Simba and her seem to be very good friends, they have slept together (something NONE of my cats have ever done) and I even saw Simba bathing her. It's like she was meant to be here, like she's always been with us.....and she always will be!
