Coloration: Silver Tabby
Likes: His big brother
Pet-Peeves: Being picked up and when mommy runs the vaccuum cleaner.
Favorite Toy: I have a little long, black thingy that is my favorite! I take my toy everywhere...even to sleep on the end of Mommy and Daddy's bed. It has to be with me all the time!! Also the plastic rings from milk jugs and hair ties.
Favorite Nap Spot: His favorite couch cushion or on the bed cuddling with his brother.
Favorite Food: He doesn't care what kind, he'll eat it. He really likes to lick up the left-over juice from a can of tuna.
Skills: Playing fetch with the plastic milk rings, throwing things up in the air, and looking really precious and innocent all the time! He curls his paws in on themselves and makes his legs disappear!
Dwells:
indoors
Arrival Story: My sister and I had driven a long way to rescue a cat that we learned was in desperate need for a good home. At the last moment, and unknown to us, the horrible owners of this poor kitty skipped town and we were unable to rescue her. We made the trip worth-while, however, and stopped at the local humane society. We would rescue a kitty from there, after all. We chose a black and brown tabby in a back room, at first. But when we took one look at the gigantic-pawed silver kitten standing on the ledge of a kitten-filled room pawing at us through the glass, we were smitten! He would actually lean up against the glass as we touched it and simulate being petted! We knew he was a sweetie at that moment! We took both kitties and they've become the best of friends. Teddy was named on the long drive home, a drive that he comfortably slept through like a little angel!
Bio: Teddy is the most good-natured kitty I've ever met. He very rarely causes trouble and he never has anthing to say. He might very lightly speak once every 3 weeks or so. Otherwise, he sticks to body language. His paws are always animated and speaking for him. In the morning he'll let me know he wants food by pawing at my face and purring. He loves to rub his body all over the carpet, rug, or whatever may be standing in his way. For this reason, he's usually statically charged! He shocks me every time he comes up to be petted! Unlike his brother who had a very hard life before coming to me, Teddy doesn't have a care in the world. He's very skittish and scares easily, but that just adds to the humor of his silly personality. He's always good for a laugh and I wouldn't trade him for the world!
