Hello, everybody. I am new to this site and very excited that my Mommy helped me put this together. She loves me very much and wants the rest of the world to know it. Shhh... don't tell her if I talk about her and Daddy from time to time... I'll talk about that brother of mine, too. He's a little dense, sometimes, so he'll never know! Well well well...where to start. First of all, what my Mommy says is right. I had kind of a hard time before she found me. I won't go into that, because it still kind of hurts, but I'm happy now. I knew the moment I saw those two ladies come into that smelly place I was being held that I would never suffer again. That is until they put me in that tiny cardboard thing with holes and stuck me in this giant moving thing! All that motion was making me dizzy and I got sick. Mom wasn't happy with me for busting out of that case, but I couldn't take it any longer. It was so much better when I was out. Mom held me in her lap for the rest of the trip and told me it was all ok. Wow! I can't believe that was four years ago! I may be a little battered from my life before my new family, but none of that matters now. Plus, everyone says my scar gives me character. You see that white stuff on my back in my pictures? It makes me different from all the other fat tabbies. And I'm working on that whole weight thing, you know. Mommy says she wants me to be healthy and it's a lot of strain on my short little legs carrying all that weight around. I kind of took offense to that short leg thing... I know my brother is Mr. Tall-guy, everybody's all-American Pretty boy who's never struggled with weight in his life, but you get the gist! He got the looks, I got the brains, that's what I always say. Plus, Mommy thinks I'm beautiful! She wishes I'd move a little more every now and then, but I say moving's overrated... I like playing, but from a stationary sitting position...all I need is that one paw... that'll do. I do like playing with brother, though. We wrestle. That's fun until I've had enough then I have to yell at him and tell him to stop. He just doesn't know when to quit! Well, I've got to get back to my nap. Daddy's sleeping right now, so I'll go lay between his legs! Bye everybody!

Love,
Sammy
