Sox

Hi Kitties its a long time since I have been able to get on this catputer mom does not seem to have much time to herself these days looking after that little one also that Little Benji who always seems to hog the puter I am asking all my kittie pals to pray for our sister Sox who is feeling rather poorly she saw the Vet today had a temp of 105 no idea what is wrong some sort of infection, Sox has to return to the Vets tomorrow for another injection and a course of tablets we hope its a worrying time for mom specially the time of year it is too.

PLEASE PRAY FOR SOX

At last

At last I get the chance to put my paws on the catputer I have waited long enough for this meowmy seems to be to busy to organise time for me to do this so first of all I must welcome my pooch brufur to Rainbow bridge after his sad passing in March meowmy misses him so much then through the cat squeals from home I heard a little Benji had arrived and was making himself at home, so I flew by to look at this new pooch grey and cream in colour beautiful markings and as wicked as the other Benji had been so he will definately give meowmy the run around he has already pinched her trainers trying to get her slippers but they are on her feet so instead a nibble of the toes in them does not go amiss but poor Sox he plays with her all day but she loves it anyway you would think the rest of the kitties would join in? not them they stay upstairs in meowmy's bedroom out of his way and yes he can get upstairs by head butting the baby gate open but that's been tightened so he cannot do that anymore so their cat food is safe again from his jaws.
Life is great here at rainbow bridge with my brufer Smudge and now Benji he now lives with us in a new furmily unit that has been built we also have a lovely big garden giving Benji lots of room to play happily in the warm sunshine and not in any more pain, he was blind but those good vets ion rainbow bridge have helped him see again.

First of all my I thank you at Catster for choosing me as one of the Diaries of the day, sadly meowmy is missing my pooch brufur very mu8ch and they are on the hunt to find another little pooch to love oits fun being with Benji here at Rainbow Bridge even though he lives in the doggie quarters we see each other every day visit our meowmy and the kitties back home and as normal benji loves to chase me and I in return chase him and bite his tail I also rub myself and sleep with Benji when I can he is such a loving brufur and of course a much loved pet like the rest of us, now here is a short peom for you all to read.

MY DOG

A special smile, a special face
A special dog, I can't replace
I stood beside your bed
My heart was sad and sore
With tearful eyes I watched you go
Upon your lonely way
Although I loved you dearly
I could not make you stay
God took you home, we had to part

Brufur Benji

Today on my duties welcoming new arrivals I was deeply saddened to have to welcome my own doggie brufur Benji who passed away in his sleep.

Thank you for your gifts you have sent me for this sad day its a year now since I left my furmily and furiends I miss them so much and they do me although life is great here at Rainbow Bridge I thank my furmily for those happy 2 years I spent with them and I hope Sox will also enjoy herself as meowmy is a great loving person for us all nothing is too much trouble.
Sox and the rest of my siblings tell me its bitter cold there today after the snowfall they had last night we do not get snow where I use to live very often its no wonder my siblings stayed in the warmth today the only one that had to go out was that pooch who is a husky and loves that type of weather even though he is getting on in years he is 13 now.

Their journey's just begun

A Pawtry

Yesterday was my 3rd burthday and all my furiends here at Rainbow Bridge gave me a lovely big pawtry to celebrate my special day I also got a visit from my brufur and sisfurs who also had a great time a sad day no doubt for my meowmy who I left behind so suddenly and so young that I was at the time.
These days I dont get as much time as I would like to use the catputer with meowmy spending most of the day looking after her granddaughter, then coming home at night having to do her own housework walk that pooch feed and water us all also that male hooman who still has not found a job, he gets an odd interview but nothing at the end of it he is getting so fed up at being unemployed its been nearly 9 months now a long time paws crossed he finds something soon poor meowmy has to put up with his fowl moods because of this mind you he could try a lot better at job hunting instead of going out meeting his mates and playing games on his own laptop, moeowmy calls him a lazy so and so on times and I dont blame her.

Meowmy has said that I can pen this poem on my site and not on Sox's who gets to use this catputer more than me these days so here we are hope you like it.

CATPUTER LESSON

My catputer is state of the art
Well, that's what it says on the chart
Which tells you what you can get
Whenever you're surfing the net

You can e-mail to any location
Keep in touch with a furiend or relation
With photo's you send on your scanner
In high-tech pictorial manner

But first you must master the mouse
Not the creature that hides in the house
No the one that you click when youu mean
To bring images up on your screen

For browsing the net and its sights
Your catputer must have mega-bytes
That's the space that is held in your RAM
And that's not a sheep or a lamb

You also must learn to download
From footers and headers in code
And I almost forgot, as your tutor
To remind you, to switch on the catputer.

Pffffffffffffft

That meowmy of mine hardly lets us kitties get on the catputer much these days she is too busy playing those damn games that are on facebook instead of letting us kitties have our say first also I see that Sox has been pening some peotry as well we shall have to have a word with her over that because its usually me that does those peoms.Anyway the weather back home has been terribly wet last Wednesday they had a months rainfall in 24 hours and spare meowmys back lawn of her new house looked like a river as it was so wet meowmy spent that day looking after baby and not able to get out boy she said its was the most boring day as she can't use her laptop over there they wont let her use their catputer so all she could do was watch cartoons on the telly to keep baby happy and some news too there will be another one in March of next year two howlers ugh, thats not pleasing meowmy much as two are twice the work that one is.
My life at rainbow bridge is great I have been here nine months on the 18th of August the day meowy is leaving the kitties and pooch for a week and flying of to sunny Spain its her burthday on the 23rd and she will be 65 hope she dont get drunk and she is going on her own and as she says she can do what she likes when she likes and has noone to answer too for a whole week must ask her if she has room in her case for me and the other kitties too that pooch can stay at home.

Helping train Sox

Well I have been helping train that little madam Sox to do the things I used to get up to she is definately a female version of me and rightly so, she still pinches and hides meowmy's knickers and male hoomans socks she tries her best to hide these things but just cant or its meowmy is too clever for her, she loves her fresh meat and noone dare not touch or go near her when she is eating her treats just like I did keep it up Sox me and you will make a great partnership even though I am now an angel we have good chats on my daily visits and I do also with the other kitties Mollie says she loves you but you can be a bit rough when playing with her she tells me to tell you to stop biting her Sophie and Felix and as for that pooch his fur is so thick all you get from him Sox is a mouthful of his fur, the only place you could bite but have yet to is his tail which has not got much fur on its tip.
Life here in Rainbow Bridge to which I have now been here 7 months how time has flown meowmy still is sad at my early departure but I give her some purrs kisses and tailrubs when I visit even though she is usually fast asleep my pic holds the pride of place on her beside cabinet to which she kisses me every night Pffffffffffffffft.
