I'm a diary of the day!!

Woo Hoo! I'm one of the diaries of the day! I can't believe it - it's sooo cool! Mommy says she will give me an extra treat (hopefully the dried chicken kind, those are the best!). So I probably should mention what's been going on in my life. Well, as usual, me, TJ, and Sammy have been running around the house like mad - mommy calls us the three stooges. I don't know what that means, but she seems to laugh when she says it. Oh, and mommy got us a new drinking fountain. Okay, so she says it's not supposed to be a drinking fountain for us, she says it's a tabletop relaxing zen fountain for her. But really, what would be its purpose - just to sit there and drip? That makes no sense to either me, TJ, Sammy or Davy. So we've taken it upon ourselves to show mommy that it is indeed a cat drinking fountain. And it has these cool lights that make drinking from it even more fun. Mommy says not to drink, but she seems amused by us, so maybe she's realizing that it is a nice cat fountain. I mean, we only have 3 other cat fountains to choose from, what does she expect us to do? Well, more of my adventures later!

Happy Birthday to Me!

Today is my birthday! And my brother TJ's too! We're 1! Can anyone believe it? Mommy and Daddy can't! They've been singing us the birthday song and Daddy made me dance while he sung - the indignity of it all! BUT we both got special treats and hugs and kisses (but we only really liked the treats part). I'm a big grown up boy now, which means lots more naps and more eating I guess, I really don't know. I'll have to ponder it while I eat.

I'm so smart

The other day, I was so smart! When mommy was half asleep early in the morning and had forgotten to put out the garbage, she decided to throw a few things away in the fridge. Well, I quietly went up to the open fridge door and found those wonderful dried chicken treats that mommy hides in there! I almost got them open the other day, so mommy put the container in a ziploc bag. Well, I grabbed the bag and ran under the futon with it! Ha ha! She was so sleepy, I outran her and there I was, treats in hand!! Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to open them, so when mommy came back in from putting out the garbage, I brought them out a little and she was nice enough to give me some!! Oh, and I had to share with everyone else who came over too, but that was okay. Now I've tried to look on the door when mommy or daddy have opened that magic fridge, but mommy seems to have moved them. Hmmm, I'll have to devise a new plan.....In the meantime though, mommy let me share her yogurt. I love when she does that - she says we're the healthiest around for eating it!
