Arrival Story:
Mitzi is the daughter of Mickey and Minnie. She was the runt of the litter and the most vocal. She also had to be bottle fed and considered me her mama. I knew at that moment she had stolen my heart and I had to keep this little one. Even today, Mitzi follows me around everywhere. Her world changed when I met my husband. She wasn't used to a male figure in her life. Even though he was sweet and gentle, she would not accept him. My vet believes it is mainly a jealousy thing. Over the years, she has learned to live with him.
Bio:
Mitzi was very sad when she lost her daddy, Mickey in 2006 and her mommy, Minnie in April of 2007 . They were very close. Our new cats Obi and Sunnie kept her active and young at heart.
Mitzi was sent to the bridge on October 13, 2009 due to kidney failure. We tried so hard to save her. The vets said there was no hope. I know she is at peace now and is with Mickey and Minnie. Only time can heal the pain we feel in our heart for our baby girl. She will be deeply missed.
