indoors and outdoors Arrival Story: Ice was our first ferral rescue (2.Cat). A neighour of ours found her walking along his driveway and since he had a dog that liked killing cats he phoned us right away. There was no second guessing wether we should keep or not. It was destiny that she came to us.
Icy was the most amazing friendly and vocal cat. She loved live and she hated to be locked up in the house but we had to keep her indoors until she was old enough to be spayed! Afterwards she loved to spend every nice-weather minute outside! She was also a good hunter and always very proud when she had caught something. She always called us to show us what a good mouser she was! ( A part of having cats I don't enjoy!) Bio: One day a neighbour of ours who lived in a trailor next to our fields had a fire and lost a lot of animals in that fire. Some months later she came by to look for some of her animals in the hopes that they have showed up in the neighbourhood. Icy had aready been our cat before the fire!!!! We were not home when the woman came to look for her cats she had just left us a note on our door.
Strangly enough that was the time that Icy went missing!! We never found her. She was a VERY bonded cat who always stayed very close to the house. But she was also very friendly and would have went to anybody!!!!!
Nobody will ever know what happend to poor Icy. All our neighbours and friends were sad when we lost her. Icy had a special place in many people's hearts.
We looked for many many weeks but it was like looking for a needle in a haystack.
