Arrival Story:
Sonata was born in Minatare, NE on October 24, 1995. Her breeder was the breeder of Sammy, one of my rescued cats. I purchased her simply because I wanted a dominant calico Persian. She and Sammy had the same Father.

Bio:
Sonata died quite prematurely on April 10, 2003. The cause of her death was never known. She had become ill and when I took her to the Vet, she had low body temperature and was very anemic. Other than the anemia, her blood work was pretty normal. I put her on antibiotics and kept her in a crate on a heating pad. She was eating fine. I took her back several times to check her hematocrit. The numbers kept going up. She appeared to be recovering. One morning when I got up, she looked really bad and wouldn't eat. I rushed her over to the Vet and she died there in my arms.
