At the rescue shelter he saw us through the window from another room and begged us to come get him. We couldn't resist!

Bio:
Was found on Division St. in Portland and picked up by the Humane Society then transferred to CAT in Sherwood. When he came home he was really thin and scared. Now he's big and bold.
