Mom has to hide my pipe cleaners every evening or else I bring them to bed on top of mom to play in the middle of the night. But last night mom missed one! I waited until about 3:30AM then on to the bed to play with my toy. My brother, PJ, joined in on the fun. Suddenly mom yelled, "CALLIE!" I grabbed my pipe cleaner and PJ and I bolted out of the bedroom. We waited until mom was asleep then back on the bed to play again. This time mom didn't yell. Instead she sat up, grabbed the pipe cleaner, then laid back down burying herself under the covers. We sat there on the foot of the bed wondering what had just happened. We finally curled up, one on either side of mom and fell asleep.

In the morning after mom made her bed, guess what! When mom came out of the bedroom, she had the pipe cleaner that had disappeared last night and gave to me! I don't know where that pipe cleaner had been but I'm glad mom found it for me!
