A Day in the Life of Milo

I am at peace

On Sept 9th 2009. Milo lost his battle with chronic renal failure. He was given 6 mos to a year. He made it 5 days past the 6 month mark. He started to fail 4 days before hand, I was hoping it was just a crash, but knew it was time for him to go to the Rainbow Bridge. So we took him to be put down. :(
He was very sick for a long time and didn't show it until it was too late.
CRF is a very common thing for cats to die from, but if caught early enough they can and will lead normal lives. Milo was only 8.5 years old, but he had a great life with me and the rest of our family.
It was a roller coaster ride, that I wouldn't wish on anyone. BUT it's amazing what a happy cat can be like when sick.
May you rest peacefully Mo and know you were very special to me.
