Arrival Story:
My cousin works with a girl who owns a cat who was pregnant. This girl told my cousin that she could come by and if she wanted to take a kitten, she could pick any one she wanted. So she did. But my cousin already has an older cat that hates any other animal that isn't him (he even hates his reflection). So it turned out that they couldn't keep him. They brought him over to our house (we live next door, so it wasn't a big trip for him) and we fell in love with him. It took us about a week to convince both of our parents to keep him, but we finally did. We went shopping for him the next day, we set up an appointment for the vet, and we brought him home the same night. It took him no time to get used to our house.
Bio:
In the beginning, we were told that Mickey was a girl by our cousins so we believed them because you can't really see too much. So we were going to name "her" Bella, which would have been such a cute name. But after we went to the vet, and she told us that he was in fact a boy, and we had to start all over again with finding a name, which took so long before. So far he has been a really cool cat, except for the biting, which I have no idea how to stop. He will be turning 5 months soon.

Okay, it's already been a couple months, but guess what...there's a new cat in the family. His name is Junior and he is such a small, scruffy little thing, but I love him so much. Apparantly, he was a stray that they found hanging around the outside of our house. It wasn't much of a surprise considering it was kitten season. In the beginning I didn't like him too much, but as time went on he grew on me and I noticed that he also became less anxious, but sometimes he still shies away from the owners. I think my cousin cat Pepper hates him just as much as he hates me and any other cat for that matter, but that's fine because we don't see him too often...only during the summer if he's wandering around outside. Well anyways, I thought I would let you all know...and there will probably be a profile for him shortly. Peace Out!!!

Wow I can't believe it's been since January that i have written in my diary. Oh well, i'm writing in it now, aren't I. I don't really have too much to say anyways, but I wan't y'all to know that my birthday is coming up in August. I'm finally turning 1 and I am so excited. Maybe my family will start taking me seriously now that i'm getting older. I hope that they stop talking to m in that crazy, little baby voice, it's so annoying. Oooh, guess what. My owner got a new laptop a couple of days ago and I can't believe how pretty the screen is. It just kinda drew me in and I was starring at it for the longest time until my owner (oh so kindly) let me out of his room. Oh well, i'll sneak in there one day when he's gone and he won't be able to stop me!!! Well, like I said earlier, i don't really have too much to say, so I guess I will conclude this entry. I hope you guys have great birthdays yourselves, as i will have and i'll see you all later!!!!!
P.S. Anyone want to bet on when i'll write my next entry?

Well, good day everyone. I hope your weekend went well. Mine was alright, except for a certain time yesterday, when one of my owners decided to put the collar on me for the firsttime. I hated it, and I made sure that they knew it. I kept jumping around, trying to take it off but it was no use. No one took it off, they just said "Oh, he'll get used to it; just give him some time." I highly doubt that, it's so annoying.
This morning, I acted like I had gotten used to the collar, but it was only an act. I still wanted it off. At one point, I had made sure that one of my owners was watching me, and I had managed to get my teeth stuck in the collar. I was meowing and wriggling on the floor. She rushed over to me, and saw that I was struggling, and she took it off...ahhhh, sweet victory. She hasn't put it back on yet, so I guess she's just going to wait a little longer (until I get bigger I guess, which is fine with me). Well, there isn't that much more for me to say, so i'll say goodbye, but if anything comes up i'll let you all know.
