From what we know Lionel belonged to a family that left him behind when they moved. We rescued him hoping to adopt him out but fell in love with him and now is part of our family.
Bio:
Age is a guess certainly; he's lived a rough life so that could be why he looks older. Lionel has had all his teeth removed and has cataracts on his left eye. Nonetheless he's playful and loves to chase balls around the house.
