Arrival Story:
A couple months ago I decided to get a cat as a companion for my dog while I am away at work. After several trips to the local animal shelter and rescue groups, I found (and fell in love with) Leo. Leo was surrendered to the animal shelter in October 2006 by his previous family, with whom he had lived for 7 years. Why anybody would give up this incredibly cuddly, cute and well-behaved cat is beyond me! He is the best cat I could have asked for, and a wonderful companion to my 10 year old dog.
