My birthday

Well of all the nerve, my mom forgot mine and Lily's birthday!
Do I look like chopped liver to you? Mmm, sounds good.
Oh, anyways, how could she forget my birthday.
She is going to have to do alot of grovelling now. I am just going to stick my tail up at her until she gives me tons of treats and pressies and love.
Pssst, don't tell her, I already forgive her. She is so busy lately she is ready to burn out.

My family is crazy

I can't believe they brought another dog into the house!!
We were very sad last month when my sweet, quiet, gentle fursister Bonnie left us to go to the rainbow bridge.

Now we have this big galoot of a 6 month old bullmastiff puppy named Chloe.
She thinks we are her personal "toys" and she chases us. She drools and farts but at least she doesn't have bad breath like Hoover LOL
She also doesn't bark much either which is nice on the ears.

I am looking forward to St Patty day since we always have cake cause it is my 9 year old human brothers birthday, well he will be 9. There is always crumbs to find, if Lily and I can't get to it before the dogs.

Plus the bonus of Easter coming, Yippee!!!

Meet Zombie

Hi everyone
I just wanted you to meet a very special, very pretty lady named Zombie.
Zombie belongs to my human mum's parents who live in Comox BC Canada.
Zombie started out as my mum's brothers cat but when he moved into a new place he couldn't take Zombie so my mums parents took her in. Not long after taking her in they found out she was pregnant.
My mums brother died in 1994 so Zombie stayed with my mums parents.
Zombie had 4 kittens in 1990 and 2 were given away and 2 were kept, Misty and Tigger. Misty and Tigger died 2 years ago of old age at the age of 17 but Zombie has outlived her kids and refuses to give up.
She takes medicine daily, sometimes she gets constipated and also her back legs have arthritis now and don't bend so well but she is as beautiful as ever and still keeps on ticking.
We love you Zombie.

I love being a cat

Hi everyone

Well it has been ages since I updated my diary so here I am.
Life is more bearable around the house during our heatwave since my dad put in a new air conditioning unit. Ahhhh.
My mum was given a new tree for the house, not fake like the other one. I love tearing that one apart even more now.
I love chasing Lily around the house, we go at lightening speed, and jump from furniture to furniture bouncing all over. Watch where you sit in our house, you might wind up with a cat on you.
I had a blast last night, as I was singing the song "I believe I can fly", I jumped off the counter into the dogs food dish and scattered it all over the floor. Made the family jump in the living room wondering what all the noise was. Heeheehee.
Now I am off to find more mischief. Have a great day everycat.

Time for an update

Boy, am I behind in my diary.
Lets see, what is new in my life.
Well, I have perfected my art of toilet papering the house. Got my kitty paws on some nice Charmain toilet paper, quilted 2 ply that is, 4 whole rolls and completely covered the house, upstairs and down while my mum and dad were sleeping. What a nice surprise they woke up to.
My mum wishes I would express my creative side in a more positive way, heck, what could be more positive than that?!?!?!?
My mum also gave me a new bigger basket to sleep in, she said my butt would fit into it better, I mean, hey, does my butt look big to you?!?!?!?
Oh man, I need a nap now. Time to go stretch out in a sunny patch by the window and tan that big butt of mine.

Easter Time

Hi everyone
Well another new holiday for Lily and I to explore.
First thing I noticed is my mum started putting funny pictures all over the windows again. Doesn't she know they block my view and then I need to peel them all off. The pictures of the chickens though, they look like fun to chew.
I found these great plastic blow up eggs and destroyed 3 of them. From the look on my mum's face she didn't think it was such a hot idea.
I wonder if this holiday involves treats of some kind. Hmmm
Oh yah, as you seen in my newest picture, all of sudden this tall skinny dude, my family calls him the Easter Bunny, appeared in our living room. Now this dude does nothing, and I mean nothing. He just sits there. At first I poked him and when I didn't get a reaction I tried a few more jabs but nope nothing. Deciding it was safe I attempted to rip his eyes out but mum stopped me. Too bad, that could have been fun.

Time to update my diary

Hi everyone
Well lets see, I can't really say much is new in my life.
I have continued to make my regular patrols of the kitchen counters for any good tidbits that might be left laying around. Lily makes a great diversion with all her meowing and antics.
It is also fun to race around the house as fast as I can jumping from one piece of furniture to another. Lily often joins in with me.
Dogs can be a pain in the butt. I really hate it when he chases me and drools on me. It is so gross.
Often I can be found staring out the window watching for anything new to happen on by. One annoying thing is that I got up the other morning and went to look out the window and my mom had put these funny pictures all over the window, hearts and stuff like that. She didn't appreciate me tearing them all off and told me it was for Valentine's day. They were still in my way.
Anyways, I am off to take a nap. Nighttime is coming and I need my energy up so I can party down.

What a night!

My mum is looking into finding out if it is a full moon. I was acting more crazy than usual last night.
Just after my mum went to bed she heard a loud splash, that was me falling into the toilet. Very cold and not nice. I used my mum to dry off on though hehehe
I was literally flying all over the house, bouncing from furniture and furniture and that was all well and fine until I tried jumping into the fake tree and it fell over.
I was moving at top speed for about an hour knocking over things and keeping my mum awake.
My mum added new pictures of me. You will see one of me using Hoover's ear as a blanket. They are very cosy.
Well after my busy night I am off to take a nap.
