I'm home from the hospital

I went to the hospital wednesday night.

Turns out my regular vet was wrong.

It turns out that i had urinal tract blockage. If my moms didnt take me to the vet that night i wouldnt be here now.

I spent nearly 3 days there. My kidneys were close to exploding.

I feel bad that my little owner spent her life savings & then some to get me better.

I am forever in her debt that she chose to save my life, over ending it.

I am home now, i did lose some weight.

I am on anti-biotics for 10 days, i dont like them, but if they'll keep me from getting sick again i'll deal with them.

I am grateful & lucky to have the mommies i have!

I feel icky

Last month my owners took me to the vet because i was peeing blood & going often.

The vet said to increase my water & give me moist food. If that didnt clear it up take me back in a couple of weeks.

Well it didnt clear up. Went back to the vet & they gave me meds to take.

Clavamox liquid. Which i think is quite icky tasting.

Now i throw up several hours later, usually 4 - 6 hours later.

I am scared of the bathroom now, its where they give me my meds, i use to like it.

I now hide all day in a dark corner under the table.
I dont feel like myself anymore.

Am i allergic to the meds or is this a normal reaction? Does my mommies need to take me back to the vet to change meds?

xmas & the vet

well the vet said i am healthy. i have no tempeture, so i have no infection.

i am suppose to drink lots of water.
my owners are suppose to change over to moist food for me because the vet says i am old....

"I AM NOT OLD!"

if i am not any better, i go back to the vet in a couple of weeks & then they give me medicine...

for xmas i got a new collar, a yarn ball, & a squeaky dog.

my sister got stuff too, & i have been playing with it a lot.

we also got treats too, my younger human gives us the amount of treats equal to our age, so i get more than my sister!

hope everyone had a good xmas....

Going to the vet...

today my humans are taking me to the vet.....

they are taking me because i have been peeing spots of blood & they want me to get better.

i am not looking forward to the medicines i will have to take to get better, but i also dont want to leave my humans or my little sister...
