Arrival Story:
Sophie was a feral cat in Rhode Island, living on a lot that was owned by a man who did not like cats. I found out about her from Skeezix, one of Kismet's blog friends, who posted an entry about cats needing homes. I was in the market for a sibling for Kismet, because my roommate was moving out and he was best friends with her cat, and I didn't want him to be alone all day, and when I saw Sophie's picture -- just a tiny ball of orange fluff, hiding under a car -- I just felt that she was supposed to be with me. So now she is :)
Bio:
She is the exact opposite of Kismet, physically. He is all big man paws, huge whisker humps, square jawline, and dark, shiny fur; she is long-haired, orange and white, with paws no bigger than my thumb and a meow that sounds like a squeak. She purrs so hard it makes her cough sometimes. She likes to steal food and she is very stinky. She licks my face before we go to sleep. She loves to curl up on top of the cat condo. Her paw pads are pink!
