Arrival Story:
Murphy was born in Ft Collins, Colorado on June 13, 1993. Her owner was a breeder of Persian cats. When Murphy was close to 2 years old, her owner died. My friend Linda was close to the owner and was concerned that relatives might take the cats to the pound. When she went to the funeral, she came back to Denver with a carload of cats. Murphy, then called Rosie, was one of them. I decided to give her a home. She had never been registered and Linda was able to obtain her blue slip, so I named her Murphy Brown. Murphy became part of our family in April of 1995.
