Arrival Story:
Have always wanted an orange kitten, and one day at the Humane Society, I saw him, and he came right up to me. 2 days later he came home with me & joined the cat family.

Bio:
Simba tells me exactly what he thinks & when it's time to wake up, eat, or even go to bed. He's too big to sit in my lap now, but he sleeps on the bed at night & when I'm hanging out watching tv, he sits close by like an orange shadow. He has become demanding, hates being ignored, and becomes a bit of a bully when he doesn't get what he wants within what he considers a reasonable time--meaning RIGHT NOW!! As a little kitten, he liked to nurse on my ear when he got sleepy--treading & purring (like baby kittens do with mama cat.), but now he just comes up and sleeps on my pillow treading and purring lightly at bedtime. He does everything in a big way--sleeps soundly, eats heartily--and can be demanding (even bullying the other cats or me) if he doesn't get what he wants. He's always ready for a rousing playtime.
