Arrival Story:
I adopted Patrick just before Christmas from the local kill shelter when he was 3. He has always been the most loving and affectionate cat to everyone he meets. I can't imagine anyone NOT wanting him!
Bio:
Patrick is a lover to everyone he meets, and even loves to visit the vet. He follows her around the office, demanding attention, and everything they do he thinks is love pets! He never gets angry except when his ears have to be cleaned.

Hi Everyone -
Mama & I just wanted to post the results of my tests at the vet on Saturday. It was MUCH better news than Mama had even hoped for!
Dr. Rhonda says that everything is fine, except high billirubin, which means I have a gall bladder infection, and a MILD case of fatty liver syndrome. She says Mama needs to force feed me (yuck!) meat baby food 3 - 4 times a day and give me sub-q fluids once a day or so (ow!), and Clavamox 2 X a day (nasty!), and I should get better quickly.
Mama is SO relieved, and she's being very pro-active with all the treatments, so I guess I'd better get well if I want her to leave me alone! :)
Thanks for all the Power of the Paw and to all my friends who sent purrs and prayers our way. It's so nice to have friends who care to share with!

I just wanted to let you all know that I'm not feeling at all good. Mama took me to see Dr. Rhonda yesterday, and she says I'm VERY jaundiced and have lost weight. That means that I may be suffering from fatty liver syndrome and that's the BEST case scenario. Mama is VERY worried and I wanted to ask you all to send her lots of love-purrs & support, because she's afraid I may not get better.
