Arrival Story:
Kaelas and his brothers were turned into the local animal shelter and from there sent to a foster family until homes could be found. They had been found living outside in the cold. I was looking into getting a friend for Merlin and saw a flier about them that the entire litter was white with blue eyes and likely deaf. Well every cat I have has to be "special" in some way, so I asked about them and the foster mom offered to bring them over so that I could meet all three kittens still in need of a home, and see how Merlin got along with them. Well while his two brothers were busy exploring, and Merlin was doing his chameleon walk around them, Kae just found the pile of cat toys and started entertaining himself. I figured if he was ready to make himself at home, then he was the one. Once Merlin and him met, they quickly became friends with only minor disputes over who got to sleep in the tower and who was eating what food.

My full name is Kaelas Alexandre Cracker Marshmellow Fluff-Sniggles, since I'm deaf didn't have to worry about meknowing my name so her friends helped come up my full title. It's mostly related my lack of coloration. Kaelas is a big white tiger like kitty from some books mom read, she showed me the picture of him on the cover. Being deaf also means that I can't hear mom yelling when I'm doing something bad, which I do quite often cause it's just so much fun.
