Arrival Story: Bou was abandoned when he was only about 12 weeks old in the freezing cold temperatures of Alberta. My friend who lives on a farm found him, tamed him, then gave him to me. Because he was abandoned at a very early age, Bou developed a life-saving skill of hunting. He's even made off with my wrapped turkey sub!
Bio: I'm a very easy going cat. At night-time I go wild and crazy, but during the day, I relax, put my head down, and let anyone who walks by, pet me.
Mommy and I had this game we used to play. Mommy says that I'm the only cat she's ever had to play this game. Mommy would sit down on the couch, and pick me up, and lay me on my back, inbetween her legs. She would get a toy or a crumpled up piece of paper, and wrestle me for the toy. It was a lot of fun. Anytime I'd win, I would run off with the toy, so mommy would have to run and find me!
I loved my Mommy very much, and I miss my baby brother even more. Now that I'm in Kitty Heaven, I can keep a closer eye on my baby brother, and make sure he doesn't get into any trouble!
*sigh* This is to a beautiful cat named Bou. His name said everything about him. I could never forget the grusome dead-mouse gifts you'd leave on my pillow for when I come home from work. And on halloween night when you attacked every single child that walked up to our doorstep, to protect me-of course. Or the time when you cuddled up to me that Tuesday afternoon, only to make off with my turkey sub.
Yes, those were the days. The interesting personality of my cat Bou. You will forever be missed by your mother, and your little brother, Skip. Your little kitty grave still stands in my old backyard. And even though I no longer live there, I do visit you every chance I get.
