Arrival Story:
Destiny was purchased from a breeder in Cumberland, MD. My friend Linda knew that I was looking for another chocolate van since I lost Van Gogh. She saw an ad for a chocolate van kitten on an internet site and sent me the web address. I looked at the site and could not find a picture of a chocolate van. So, I called the breeder. It was Destiny. He was not a chocolate van. He was a pointed cat, but I can see how she could make that mistake. The blue eyes were a dead giveaway to me. He was not one of her kittens. He was a payback from another breeder for stud service. I thought he was so pretty and such an unusual color that I bought him. He came on a plane from Baltimore. I was waiting at the US Airways office for him to come from the plane. I saw a huge hulk of a man, must have been 6 foot 5. He was holding a tiny carrier between his thumb and index finger. As he approached, he said "is this your pretty little kitty?" Destiny is a pretty kitty. He has what I call Orphan Annie eyes, very pale blue.

Bio:
There really isn't a color on the list to accurately describe Destiny. Van Bicolor was the closest thing that I could find. Since he's a pointed cat, he can't be a Van, but he's so high white that he doesn't appear to be a pointed cat. His correct color is seal point and white. He is a bicolor Himalayan.
