This is Bibi-Anne's mom. I wanted to thank all the kitties and their typists for all the sweet words of sympathy and support. It has meant so much to us. Every time I heard "it was only a cat" I turn to catster to the people who really understand what its like. You guys have helped us so much I can't put in words what that means. I'll remember it always.

Our beautiful girl was diagnosed w/ Lymphoma on 12.13.08. She went to the rainbow bridge on 1.1.09. It was so fast. She was the one of the best things that we ever had. We’ll always remember how she went nuts at feeding time especially when cold cuts were involved! How she would raise her butt high up in the air when scratched on just that right spot, or how when anyone ever met her they’d all say the same thing… “Wow, she’s such a pretty cat”. When Bibi & I first moved into my boyfriend’s house, he didn’t see her for the first 2 weeks. She was hiding behind the couch! The first 6 months she was very nervous about him… always running away from him… then in the last 3 years she blossomed and became a daddy’s girl. She did rolly polly’s on the bed when he talked to her. He always cleaned up after her sensitive stomach puke’s without complaint and always made sure she had some of his bacon from a weekend breakfast and that her bowl of crunchies was always filled with her favorite brand. He loved her so much and I know he always will. We’ll both love her always. She left a paw print on our hearts.

To the prettiest girl in Yonkers, our precious little girl, we are going to miss you so much. Have fun at the rainbow bridge….

Hello Fellow Catsers

I wanted to let all my furiends know that I went to the rainbow bridge today. I wasn't feeling well at all. Moeowmy thought it was best I didn't suffer. I hadn't eaten and my throat was super hot. I wasn't very scared; the car ride scared me more! So I got to the bridge and I thought I wasn't gonna know anyone. Turns out I was met at the bridge by all my cousins. Moeowmy had asked her 22year old Persian boy Fancy, to meet me there. He's been at the bridge for about 5 years so he's gonna show me the ropes. I’m already having fun... he says it only gets better...

I want to thank all my furrriends that sent me get well wishes and for all the purrayers sent to my family. I think Meowmy and daddy need them most... they keep crying. I’m gonna look in on them from time to time to let them know I’m ok.... I don't hurt any more....

My Lumps

Hello Effurrybody!

So we got the results of my biopsy. The vet said it was the most advanced case of cancer he's ever seen on such a young cat! It just came out of no where. i'm no feeling very good... i don't wanna eat much.. i just wanna lay with my meowmy. the vet gave me 1 - 3 months to live.... i know meowmy is gonna be so sad. she was crying all weekend..... she keeps smothering me and putting things in my mouth...... YUCK!!! I want to thank everyone for the well wishes and all the rosies i'm getting!!! i have a new VOKI!!!!

hi..... meowmy is so worried about me..... she took me to the vet cause she found lumps on my throat.... they think it might be lymphoma.... please purr for me......

OMC!!! They’re keeping him!! They’re actually keeping him!!! The BOY cat with the little black face & paws!! I don’t understand… Am I not enough? Aren’t I cute enough? I’m the preetiest girl in Yonkers! I shouldn’t have to deal with this!!!! Oh the injustice!!! Now I’m out numbered!!! Now it’s just me & meowmy against 3 boys!! She’s even going to put his 8x10 glossy on the wall!! That’s my wall!! I must go eat…. And wash my face…. I feel retched!

NYC Shelters

Oh dear!!!

meowmy saw the news last night and was very upset. there was a segment on how all the NYC run shelters are filled to capacity and they are not accepting any more kitties. All shelters stated that this season will have a very high euthanasia rate. she was crying when they showed all the kitties. we are hoping that people will go out and adopt some of them.

Valentine's Day

I'm so upset. i don't have a valenitne! my stupid brofur has one named Kiki. i think she's to pretty for him. Jack & meowmie spent a long time last night make a gift for Kiki.
