Coloration: Silver Tabby Likes: FOOD, getting petted, getting brushed, dogs Pet-Peeves: seeing the bottom of the dry food bowl (If I can see even a little hole I roll around and cry like I'm dying until somebody fills it). If that doesn't work I go poke my mom in the rear until she gets up and follows me to the bowl. Favorite Toy: the rug (seriously, I did not know there were so many ways to play with a rug) Favorite Nap Spot: either a kitchen chair or in the front room by the window Favorite Food: Food? Where's food? I WANT FOOD! Skills: I can sit, lie down, and play dead on command. I also always come when I am called, in case there might be food. Dwells:
indoors Arrival Story: The original owners moved away and I had gotten out as a 5 -month-old kitten during the move. The neighbors brought me and my kittens to a rescue agency after they found her and could not contact the original owners. Bio: From mom: Sage is very laid back. She does wander around to check on her family every couple of hours or so. She adores her sister Maggie and follows her around like a duckling. She also loves dogs, and is the only cat in the household who actually likes to go to the vet, because she gets to see the dogs. Our cats share a small rug that is pretty much all of their favorite toy, but Sage has taken rug-play to new heights. She bats at imaginary foes under it, hides under it, plays mole with the feather toy or a toy mouse, and comes up with new rug games regularly. She also 'plays dead' to get petted - over and over and over. When I taught her to sit, and she finally understood the word, she would sit at my feet, and then hit me until I gave her a treat. And then sit again.... Lives Remaining: 7 of 9 Forums Motto: Is it time to eat yet?
