Today...

Wow. Today I'm a popular guy here. I've had so many e-mails and I've made some more great new friends. I love you all. To the fine folks at Catster: Purrrssss,hugs,and kisses. (I'm an affectionate guy...even tho I do have my bratty reputation to uphold so shhhhh don't tell on me.)

Anyway...this morning I taught Lily a new trick. Ya see...she has decided that she wants to be able to do all of the things and go all of the places that us big cats do. She asked me about it while we were playing. So I told her..."If you want to be on top of the entertainment center or where ever to lounge or whatever(cuz that's a cool place to be)and you're too little to jump up there yourself...you just have to watch,wait and be patient. THEN...when you see a person standing next to it...climb them and you can get right up there. Just remember,tho,that trick ONLY works while you're little. Once you're a bit older and weigh more,people will have an issue with being climbed. And what that'll get ya is a "hey that's not so funny" and next thing ya know you're gettin a nail trim. Which,in turn,means that you'll have to re-arrange your next few days to get more time in at the scratchin post to get those puppies back into shape."

Lily did as I advised her and voila!! A lil while later she's on top of the entertainment center. I was so proud!! Can ya guess what Lily was told? YUP..you're right...she was told,"Lily,don't listen to everything that Jack tells you." Dang! I always get caught. I dunno how Mom knows us all so well,but it's pretty creepy that when one of us does something she ALWAYS knows who it was...EVEN IF IT'S DARK!! Gives me goose bumps....

When Lily is a bit bigger I'll teach her how really lay on the cute act and all you have to do is look at a person and they will let you jump right up into their arms. They will catch you and give you all kinds of hugs and loves. It's a great thing....and just between us cats....humans love it just as much as we do. ; )

I'm Jack...I just know these things. I'm figuring out the whole world. Especially this world that is mine. It's a good thing.... : )
