Foxy has a U.T.I.

Doing good

Our Foxy man seems to be feeling very well now. His eyes are bright & open wide and he's very active running around. He's more friendly since being sick & makes like cooing noises without opening his mouth as he communicates back with me when I talk to him. He's also trying to sneak outside but I definently won't let him outside unless I'm out with him & he comes back in when I do. He always needs to have water avaible I'm afraid he could get another urinary tract infection.

Foxy is home.

Foxy got home last night. Dr.Annie his vet said he is peeing frequently now. She said he must still be irritated and to keep a eye on him to make sure he still peeing. He's on anitbotics & predinisane. Also he has his prescription UTI food. He is happy to be home. The vet weighed him & he only weighed 7lbs. He has always been thin but 7lbs is way to thin.

Foxy wasn't feeling well

Foxy did not seem like he felt well. He wasn't eating for a couple days & was just laying around & walking funny with his back legs. So i took him to the vets last night and the vet said he has a Urinary tract infection. She had to catheters him & he'll have to stay for a couple days on I.V.s. The vet called today & said he ate a can cat food. I just hope he doesn't have any kidney damage.
