Justice For Taylor at LastJune 11th 2010 10:08 pm[ Leave A Comment | 8 people already have ]
Maybe some of you who've been here a while remember a kitty named Taylor who's picture was on my profile. He was a kitty murdered in my town.
Leave A Comment | 8 people already have Purring for Taylor and the other kitties. And purring for a world without animal abuse. Poor kitties. What happened to Taylor and the other kitties is horrifying! At least the murderer was caught and there is some justice for those kitties. My mommy approves or denies the adoption applications of people who want to adopt a cat from the shelter. She interviews potential adopters and checks and verifies references. She's very careful but even when people look good, she always has fear in her heart and wonders if she's made a good decision. The cats go out with a prayer that they're going to a loving furrever home and not to someone like Taylor's murderer. What happened to Taylor is chilling. I too pray for a world without animal abuse! Justice for Taylor! (and all the others whose names or stories i don't know, but who died needless, cruel deaths at the hands of some human) 8 years is a pretty lengthy sentence, I like the precedent this case sets! (of course I would prefer an even longer sentence and a world where no animal ever need fear harm, but I will savor the small victories on the way) Poor little Taylor. 8 years is not enough but longer than most. Love you Biscuit xoxoxo When Mommy does research for her newsletter she often comes across stories just like Taylor's about serial cat killers and they get off with very light sentences. It infuriates Mommy. We are so happy that this man has a harsher sentence although even 8 yrs isn't enough. When adopting kitties out always get references like a Vet and please purr for an end to animal abue. Love Elise xoxo If only more justice systems would impose a harsher sentence... maybe a few more serial killers would be stopped early on...hugs and purrrrs to Taylor's family.. Three cheers to that judge for locking up the monster. May he serve every single day of those 8 years, and I wish they could bring him litter boxes all day long to clean up. Justice for Taylor and the other cats he killed. They are smiling up at the bridge today! Just did a "paw" pump in the air for justice! |
