Wow, I can't believe that 3 days have already passed since my Cat Of The Week Honor! I have received so many beautiful gifties, rosettes & p-mails. Meowmy is so overwhelmed and touched by the love that each of you have shown since my passing up until this purrry day. Catster really does have pawsome kitties and families and it has helped mom through this sad and difficult ordeal. Although nothing will ever take away the pain that she feels, but knowing that she has so many wonderful furiends who care is helping her through this and that means more than you will ever know *wipes eyes*
As each kitty gives me a giftie or rosette (on the pawticular day sent), I will add it to that day's Diary. I just didn't want you to think that I furgot to mention you in my Diary because that is not at all the case. Whatever day something was or is sent, you'll find your name to that day's Diary in the list of thank you's.
Tomorrow will be a hard day fur meowmy because it will be one month since I have earned my wings to Heaven (12/8/08). Mom is tearing as she's helping me to write this Diary and I just wish that I could be there to let her know I'm ok and that I'll always be watching over her just as I will with all of you. This is never easy fur any pawrent, no matter how much time passes by. Mom lost her beloved Caesar (Tabby kitty) in 1999 due to liver failure and there are still days when she hold his framed photo and cries. Memories will always hold a special bond and that is something that will last a lifetime.
I would now like to send a warm thank you to the following kitties who sent me lovely gifties & rosettes today: Lucky & fam (Angel wings), Sydney Rose & fam (star) and Sammie & KiKi (heart).
Mom is a bit tired as she had to work early this morning but I will continue to update my diary/thank you's throughout the evening.
