My Special Day

MY SWEET SIXTEEN BIRTHDAY

I can't really believe I'm Sweet Sixteen today! But that's what my servant tells me, so I guess it must be true. I do remember adopting her and her family when I was very young, small, and fierce -- my servant called me "The Kittenator" because I was so wild and brash! She didn't know for sure if I'd ever calm down or let her love me, but of course, I've mellowed a little (although I still tear around from time to time, especially when I see that OTHER black and white number! who MUST be kept in line) and I bask in the love of my devoted handmaid (who does a fair job of catering to me in the style to which I am accustomed). Today, she is going to clean my palace, and then she will feed me a delicious gourmet dinner, followed at a suitable interval by my favorite treats. We'll have to wait for CATurday to watch my favorite programs: "MY CAT FROM HELL" with my heartthrob, Jackson Galaxy *sigh*, but in the meantime, I'll bask in the glow of all the love and attention I'm getting. >^^< HRH Rani *Life is Good*

RE: PURRING THANKS

It's my PURRthday, and I want to thank Catster and all my furriends for their kind and thoughtful PURRthday wishes! Because I work hard at being The Most Gorgeous Creature In The Known Universe (and beyond) 24/7, I've decided to take at least part of today to relax and bask in the PURRthday glow. Wishing all cats the very best PAWSible, and sending love and encouragement to all who love us (cats) -- keep up the great work! We aPURReciate and need you so much. Love, Rani

MY SPECIAL DAY

It's a warm, sunny, beautiful CATurday here in my world. Just got groomed so I can strut my stuff and look all floaty and feathery when I flirt with my three men (which I do anyway, but hey, The Most Gorgeous Creature In The Known Universe -- And The Sweetest -- wants to look her best, don't you know!) and got a snootful of the very best organic premium 'nip, which our loyal servant thoughtfully lays out all over the house, on the scratching pads and posts, on our furniture, and in all the places we love. It's a perfect day for Cat-O-Vision, which I've been watching avidly -- I must admit, the birds were more varied and colorful at my last palace, but there's no shortage of winged entertainment here, and one can't complain!

All this goes by way of leading up to a Royal Edict Expressing Thanks to my friends at CATSTER for observing My Birth Anniversary in style. The tuna cake iced with cream cheese is delightful. And now, the Royal Audience concludes.
