Arrival Story:
Angelique is the only cat we actually sought out and selected. ( the other 7 just showed up) She was living in a cat shelter and we had recently had out hearts broken because we tried to save the life of a homeless, feral, sick kitten.... and failed, so we wanted to fill the empty space in our hearts with another homeless kitten. She is haughty and gorgeous and suffers no fools gladly.

Bio:
She enjoys sitting near the piano when my daughter practices.....but she leaves in a snit if she playes Bartok or Joplin instead of Mozart or Chopin! She can turn on my radio and prefers NPR.... unless the news is on, in which case she reaches over and tirns it back off! When I have been on vacation she will make a point of ignoring me for at least a week, aafter which she will claim me by sleeping on top of me.
