My Mom's Birthday!

Today is my Mom's Birthday and I am being extra nice. I didn't wake her too early for breakfast, then we spent some time outside in the garden, later we are having dinner over grama's and grampa's so I am sure I will get some treats. Mom is taking some time off from work, so we will be able to spend lots of time together. I love it when she is home, it makes me soooo happy!

It's My Birthday!

It's my Birthday today! At least that's what Mom says!! She gave me lots of hugs and kisses and some extra of my favorite turkey and cheese! Wish she didn't have to work today, but I guess we can celebrate some more when she gets home!!

Sleepin' With Mom, Part II....

Well, it's as though I have died and gone to heaven! My new official spot is right next to Mom in bed. She put a nice blanket down for me, so I can snuggle in all warm and toasty, and I am off to kitty slumberland. So as a favor to her, when the music goes off in the morning, which I am guessing means we have to get up, I jump up onto Mom's chest and lick her face until I know she is awake enough to feed me. Can it get any better than this??

I'm pretty clever I feel. I have worked my way right into not only Mom's bedroom but right next to her. At first I slept at the foot of the bed, but always managed to work my way upward. Last night I took a bold move....
After Mom was fast asleep, I carefully eased my way up, and layed down right next to her, with my head on the oh so soft pillows. JOY!
Can't wait for bed time tonight!!
