I'm NOT the Naughtiest Cat in the House!!!

Ha ha! For once, I'm not the naughtiest cat in our house! Purrseus has surpassed even my potato stealing; sock eating; Moose walloping behavior. Mom says she's trying not to get too mad at him, since he has a bladder infection in all... But wow is he being naughty!

This morning's pee-ed on items include: the mat by the liter box, the leashes we use to go outside, the office room's carpet, a box in the office room, Mom's shoes, the back door carpet, an under the food dish mat that was hanging about, and possibly Moose's new cube toy. (Mom says that last one might just be that he was sitting in it bathing and made it smell bad... But it's the "new" one because Purrseus pee-ed in the old one and Mom couldn't get the smell out!)

In any case; I found Mom cutting up an old t-shirt into cleaning rags. And when I chirped, and licked the pile of fabric, she just cooed and kissed me on the ears. No scolding or warning or yanking away the fabric! She still didn't let me have a piece, but that would normally get a "No, no you Goat! Don't even think about it." You know, I could get used to this! Maybe I should stop growling at Purrseus all the time... Then again, he might pee on ME next! That guy has problems. Mom says she hopes his meds kick in soon.

Sending purrs to your brother, and we hope he stops peeing on stuff! I'm glad you're not the naughtiest in the house, but who knows, that could change at any minute - MOL!

Hey thanks, guys! and MOL! Yes I guess that could change in a minute... Mom says thanks for the idea! She's been doing the baking soda and tried a few neutralizers from Petco... But vinegar?! That's so very easy, she's embarrassed she didn't think of it!

I am off to stand guard over the potato bin... I hadn't thought of him pee-ing there! That's like the most important thing in the house!!

Mom has a special recipe she uses for ahem Charlie. That cat can pee like there is no tomorrow! It includes baking soda to soak up any moisture. Also vinegar and clear mouthwash. I guess our pee has bacteria enzymes that we can still smell after it has been cleaned up. She will look for the magic potion and send it to you! ;-)
