Skills: Very coordinated in jumping and getting to high places
indoors and outdoors
Arrival Story: When I moved to San Diego in 1991 for graduate school, I knew no one. There was a nearby pet store that I could walk to. I went and saw this adorable greyish puffy kitten who I immediately fell in love with. She had the most even temperment and was such a gentle cat.
Bio: Olivia would have probably been happy as an only cat, but I added Choobs a few months later, and then Pinky. She always tolerated Choobs, although I think she thought he was a needy selfish boy. Pinky was another story. She and Pinky never got along and stayed away from each other. Olivia was a great traveler and the smartest. She loved the outdoors and was always on a roof or in a tree looking out. The primary picture shows her in my San Francisco apartment - the only time in her life that she was strictly indoors. She was a great sport about it, and as shown loved the sun streaming in. Olivia passed away in January 2006 very suddenly after 14.5 years with me. She was a very gentle soul.
