Likes: Bailey loves attention, a comfy lap, playing non-stop with Timmy, his faceless mousie, yogurt, chicken, being whereever his people are (and on their shoulders, "helping"), and life itself.
Pet-Peeves: Getting bitten by Timmy when Timmy insists on playing rough, not getting picked up when he demands it.
Favorite Toy: His all-time faves are faceless mousies. He also loves peacock feathers, tiny fake mice, the Catdancer, his round thing with the ball in it, Timmy, and anything Timmy's playing with.
Favorite Nap Spot: Bailey loves to sleep on people :) He also loves to snuggle with Timmy on the big bed.
Favorite Food: Iams adult. We've just learned he's a chicken and turkey mooch too.
Skills: Being cute, entertaining Timmy, playing fetch with his tiny mice and faceless dollies.
Dwells:
indoors
Arrival Story: I went to the CFA cat show in Boxborough, MA, and met Maryellen, who breeds and shows European Burmese kitties. I fell in love with her showcat, Leo, and she told me about a litter her gorgeous blue tortie had just had. Timmy was in dire need of a brother, so this was a fantastic opportunity, especially since European Burmese are very loving, loyal, and LOVE other cats.
Bio: Bailey is teaching Timmy how to be a kitten again, and Timmy's enjoying being a bossy big brother. UPDATE: The tables are turning, and Bailey's showing Timmy who's boss!!!

Mom's been so busy with work and life that she hasn't had a chance to update our diaries. I think she's only going to write mine for now though, and Timmy's at another point.
I get kissed so much (and of course I DEMAND them) that I smell like kisses :) It's not a bad thing, and I love to get kisses :)
Hmmm... what's new? Well, last month I was having trouble peeing, and my mom immediately brought me to the vet. It was determined that I didn't have a UTI, but rather, a very mild case of cystitis, which is inflammation of the bladder. I was treated with an anti-inflammatant, and now have to have some wet food every day. I love that part!!!!! We also put our Drinkwell fountain back in service, and Mom bought us a CatIT fountain! It's the neatest! Timmy loves it a lot :) It's a dome that water rides over. It's very cool, but I was a little afraid of it at first. Now, I drink from it all the time, and it has to be filled very frequently because we're keeping hydrated :)
My mom's been super busy with work and playing with Timmy and me, that she hasn't had time to go onto Catster and update our pages!
We've had a lot of excitement these past few months. Mom celebrated having Timmy for a full year on August 11, and we celebrated having me for one year on October 6!!!
We also had a houseguest -- a mouse got into our Firevision! Timmy spotted it and got very excited! This happened during Columbus Day weekend. We don't know how the mouse got into the chimney, it has a cap on it so only smoke can exit. The chimney sweep man couldn't figure it out, either! So the gray mousie lived in our Firevision from Saturday until Monday night, and Timmy and I watched it, and Mousie watched us. Mom tried to catch it, but it jumped into the firewool to sleep. She also fed the mouse and gave it water, and on Monday night after work, she came home with a special clear plastic trap. Mom put a piece of a tortilla chip covered with peanut butter on it, and when it went into the trap, Timmy got excited and told Mom! So then, Mom put us in the family room and closed the door, and she let the mousie free outside. We were disappointed that it wasn't living with us anymore, but we understand it needed to be with it's family.
I went to the vet for my annual checkup. The doctor gave me medicine for my acne but like Stridex, it makes it worse so Mom stopped giving it to me. I weigh 12 pounds now, same as Timmy! Yay!
My mom got here super long hair cut off today... it has halfway down her back and now it's to her shoulders. It looks very different! She likes it a lot. Timmy kept smelling her and I kept wanting to snuggle (as usual) :)
