Tommy's Tale

Tommy heard his named being called by a voice filled
with tears. He had been sleeping and this voice woke him.
He looked around and was amazed at what he saw. He was
surrounded by many other animals of all types. Again he heard
his name this time he knew the voice was his Mummy. She was
asking for his forgiveness and he couldn't understand why she
asked. She was one of the three he trusted. She had always
been there to calm his fears. She would gently rub his face
and whisper into his ears that he was safe. Nothing would ever
harm him. Tommy thought to himself I will go find her, she can't
be far. As he arose he noticed was a big silver wolf and a another
orange kitty watching him. But not ginger like him this kitty
was bright orange with eyes the colour of spring. ' I know you
your Muffin my older brother Mummy told me about you. She said
you taught her true love' Tommy whispered in a voice filled
with awe. Then he turned his attention to the Silver Wolf
and was amazed he felt no fear. He had only felt this way
with his Mommy and Daddy, Bobby before. The Silver
Wolf walked over to Tommy and gently laid his head
upon Tommy's head. 'You know me too my Daddy is
your Mummy's Poppy, so he is your Grandpa. I am Pooky'
Yes he had been told about Pooky the wise Silver Wolf
and his blue eyed sister ShiShi.

Tommy noticed his older brother hadn't spoken a word
had only walked over to a clear blue pond. He saw one
silver tear fall from Muffin's eyes and land in the pond the
ripples spread across the blue waters with a sigh. Then
he raised his head and looked at Tommy. 'She is calling
for you because not knowing where you are is tearing
her heart apart, She feels she failed you by trusting
someone to watch over you for her that let you get lost'
'When her brother your Daddy crossed over she had
to leaver her home and move in with her Mum.
She couldn't take you with her, and had plans to
bring you too her. But even the plans made by the heart
may come not to be.' 'She doesn't know you are here
now with me and the Angels Of The Rainbow. Your are
safe now.' You notice you no longer feel fear ? Is the part
of our Mummy's heart you carry with you as I do. This
keeps her close to you and gives you the courage you always
wanted.'

Tommy looked at his brother with confusion 'where are we?
Then he looked into the waters with Muffin and saw his Mummy.
'Tommy you are at the place we were told of when we were born.
The place where we would travel to when out time on earth was
done.' 'Don't worry brother I know how you can tell her.'
The keeper Of The Winds will help you.' 'Look into the
waters and into her eyes tell her' I am always near for you,
I am no further then the whispers of love that gently caresses
your heart. I am at the Bridge.' Tommy watched his Mummy
she had heard him and now she knew where he was and
he was safe. Her tears still fell and always would till she held him
again.

Pooky had been watching his friend Muffin help his little brother
'Is okay Tommy your Grandfather Lobo is there he will help
her she is not alone. My Daddy cares for her, she
is his cub. She has sisters who are there also.'

Tommy went to sit beside Muffin and let all that happened
sink in. Then he heard his Mummy's prayer. 'Tommy I give you
my heart to hold till I can hold you again. Little ginger boy
know you are always loved. Hold my embrace around you
till is time for me to journey to your side.' with these
words he knew he was safe.

Tommy had been listening to his Mummy so completely
that he didn't hear the footsteps come up behind him.
Before he knew it he was being cradled in loving arms.
Was his Daddy, who now held him. He was healthy and
strong again. Beside his Daddy was another tall man
with gentle brown eyes. He came up and placed a warm hand
on his head in welcome.

His Daddy said to him' We will show you around Rainbow
Bridge and I know are many waiting to greet you. You can
come to the waters here and watch over your Mum anytime'.

As he was carried off to meet ShiShi and Grizzy,
Aurich, Sparty and his Brandy
he sent his Mummy and Wolf Family
hugs in the warmth of the sun.

Mum's letter to her Heart Brother

Each night memories come to me of the talks we had
Of how you adopted me as your sister and the courage
you helped me find within. I saw the glow of caring
all around you. I need that courage now my brother
for not a moment goes by that I don't miss you. Many times
I have gone to call you and I remembered. I wait till the stars
come out to see your silver star blinking brighter then any other
Is you saying here I am watching over my loved ones. Brother
I will always keep my promises to you to be
near for the ones you love.
Right now words are so hard to find, to express
how much you touched my heart. By reaching out
and bringing me your friendship. Is a very special
heart that can bring so much joy to another
with a few kind words.

When there was a new step to take and I was afraid to take it
you were there to take it with me. You told me you can do it,
I have faith in you.

Well Brother of my heart I have faith in you, I did right from the start
and each day it grew. I know that the Great Silver Wolf and
his Blue Eyed Angel are there with you. Your FurBall kitty
was waiting to greet you.

You take with you our hearts and love. we are forever
enriched for having one so beautiful as you here. The colours
of the rainbow glow brighter now with the colours of
your special heart

AWAKENING AT THE BRIDGE

Where am I, how did I get here? Muffin asks as he gazes around and
watches the happiness and joy around him. I wasn't here before I was with
my Mum. She was crying and calling my name. Muffin hears a gentle warm voice
come from behind him. He turns to look into the caring eyes of a regal Silver Wolf
He is amazed that he is not afraid of this wolf, where he always was before.
Hello Muffin Iam Pooky and this is my sister ShiShi we have come to welcome you
to rainbow Bridge. Muffin looks into the eyes of a blued eyed angel sitting by Pooky's side. Shishi holds
out her paw in welcome. Your Mother will meet our Daddy soon and he will be there
for her, just like we are for you now.
We have been together for so long, who will cuddle with me and hold me close? Pooky lowered his
head so he could look into Muffin's face so he could see his understanding, this is a seperation of bodides
not of hearts or souls you are always together. There are many ways to send your hugs come with me and I will show you

Look around you and see the joy and happiness, but each one is waiting for that moment. When they will get that feeling

whole again and flying on wings of gold and silver.
Your image in my heart grows stronger

forget the one whose eyes hold the wisdom of the ages.
Whose voice says I am yours and you
are mine. Together we will always walk this path
together, our forms may change , but our hearts
and love remain the same. That will never change.
Others join us on our path and will walk
forever by our side as family of our heart. They

My Family

A month before my 2nd year anniversary at Rainbow Bridge my Mummy found petloss.com. There she found others who had lost their fur babies. Like here at Catster she found that she wasn't alone. Once she began to find some peace she started to reach out to others. Then one day a caring heart whose only wish was for others to find peace of heart came into PetLoss. He had started a group of volenters who wanted to give back what was given to them. This caring heart gives them wolf names so now my Mum has been a wolf for 2 years. The caring heart has become a father for her. Her official wolf name is named after me MufinsWolf but most know her there as BarTendersBluesWolf. The caring heart has become my PawPaw (GrandFather) His Silver One and Blue Eyed Angel
have become my Brother and Sister. Please remember for every end there is a beginning and one day all shall be as one never to be parted

Dreams are the windows opened by the ones who have gone before us.
Showing us they are close as a whisper of love
One night between sleep and wake I heard a whisper
a voice I thought forever silent. I looked and a mist
surrounded me bathed in a silver light.
A shadowed figure emerged from the mist
A beloved face became clear the loving eyes
of my father once again looked into mine
Craddled in his arms was my boy Muffin
Both glowed with health and strength
All around them was the most beautiful rainbow
the colours sparkled more then the rarest jewel
By their side stood a proud SilverWolf
A blue eyed angel whose eyes spoke of love
Near by watching was a golden angel
who could now race the wind
One upon whose ridge sat a golden Kitty
whose white and golden fur glowed in the light
of the rainbow. As you come together every night
to bring comfort to one other by union. We also
join our hearts and souls. We are in each word
of understanding you write for another. Each page
of memories you make. We shed silver tears with you
for another's loss. Here we are by your side.
Keep being together, keep giving of your hearts
For every end there is a beginning called

As the light faded and all returned to the bridge
I felt the silver tears flow and I heard a Poppy's
voice "let them dry, don't wipe them away"

Love On The Rays Of The Sun


Each morning begins here at Rainbow Bridge the same way
for everyone here. we gather together at the bridge and reach
out and hold on to the next one and whisper into the wind
good morning Momma and Papa. We hear you whisper back
on the rays of the sun that we are always loved. I am
always near, never doubt that. I come to you in many ways.
I am in the silver tears that wash the pain away so please
when you feel them upon your face let them flow and bring
you healing. I am in the gentle rain that falls and brings new life.
I am in the trusting eyes of a fur baby who you have reached
out to and give a chance at happiness too. As you find healing
with others at PetLoss I am there. After all I lead you there.
There is a one who guards PetLoss and I know your heart
is safe there.

I want you to know I am never alone here I have made
many friends as you have. A great and wise Silver Wolf
and a blue eyed angel are always near to comfort
and be given a paw to hold. They know how to tease
and make me laugh to bring a smile back to my heart.
Like the Silverwolf I watch over my loved ones. Not a
moment goes by that i don't think of you. Not a night
goes by that I don't visit your dreams and gently
caress your cheek as you sleep. As I look around here
at those around me I see all are strong and whole again.
Often we brag about how proud we are of you. Of how you
you were there when we needed you the most. To hold
us close to your heart as we started our journey to the Bridge.
We felt you near even if we slipped away in our sleep or while
you were at work. We are bonded as one, two hearts that
beat as one. So we don't have to be in the same place to
be together, a silver thread joins us as one. So many stories
about how each met their loved ones for the first time. And
knew in a heart beat this one is mine. Memories of joyful lifes
some are together many years and some for a short time. But
love can be given in a heart beat and last forever.

Some here Had never known a gentle touch till a loving
heart reached out and showed them caring. So when it was
time to go they took that love with them to the Bridge.
Each morning they wake they don't remember the bad times
they remember you and your face is the one of love.
Your gentle touch brought healing to a wounded soul,
trust to a lonely heart.

So you have nothing to feel guilty for do you? You are the
ones who opened your hearts to true love and let us in.
You gave us more love in a smile or a touch then many
have ever known.

Each night just before we close our eyes to rest, we whisper
hello to you and say see you in my dreams. Where we will
touch again. Always in my thoughts, always in my heart
Always in my soul.
