Arrival Story:
We met Sherwin at Nashville Humane (www.nashvillehumane.org) when we were looking to add another kitty to the household. One kiss from him and we were entranced. After taking him to the vet for his initial checkup, we realized that the limp that NHA said was no problem, was in fact a problem. Poor cat had a dislocated hip--probably for most of his short life. He'd been adopted once and then returned, possibly for this reason. There was no question--we had his hip repaired. He's healed remarkably well, though he walks funny. He is ridiculously loving and sweet. We're so glad he is in our life, I can't imagine not having him.
