Black and White

Furio loves his Laser Pointer! It is his favorite toy.He also loves to be on the porch as much as possible, because that is where his catnip plant is

His main pet peeve is ANYTHING new brought into his house. You can bet the new item will be hissed at and shown who is the boss. He especially hates the Vacuum.

Favorite Toy:
His laser pointer or any old cardboard box

Favorite Nap Spot:
Furio likes to nap right in the middle of the path so that everyone has to step over him, but he loves cuddling up with Mommy everynight.

Favorite Food:
He eats whatever, not too picky

Special Skills include being able to meow "mom" and doing backflips 4ft off the ground and

Arrival Story:
We found Furio in the local newspaper under an ad that said "Kittens: Free to a good Home" we drove all the way across town to a small little house in not so great of a neighborhood. He was playing on the front porch when we arrived and he was the only one left of his brothers and sisters. We took him back to Eric's apartment and he settled in. Furio and Eric lived in their bachelor pad together for about a year before I came to live with them. It wasn't always smooth sailing though! Furio started to develop the attitude of his namesake, who is a soldier on "The Sopranos". Everynight when the lights went down, he would "put a Hit out" on Eric's bare feet! This is when we decided he needed a friend to wrestle with instead of our legs. Now he still has his moments, but he is a Mama's Boy at heart!

Furio is all Black and White except for a small gray patch on his hind leg. I always tell him this is where God's printer ran out of ink at the end of the job. On October 27, 2010 we lost our beloved Furio much too early. The vet believes that he had a pulmonary embolism and assured me that there was really nothing we could have done. We are happy that he got to live out his final year as a "country cat" ruling over our property. We buried him in one of his favorite spots out in the pasture.
